The program
Program name: Standing Pilot follow-up texts.

These texts follow up on a conversation you had with us: the call or meeting we set, and the information you asked for. They are not ad blasts.
How you join
You join by saying yes on a call or in person, after we ask you this, word for word:
“Standing Pilot will text you follow-ups about this conversation at this number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Is that okay?”
We record your answer and when you gave it. You don't have to agree to texts to talk with us or to buy anything. Tell us and we'll call or email instead.
What we send
- Confirmations and reminders for calls and meetings we set with you
- Information you asked for, such as a link to this site or a document
- Follow-ups about that conversation
How often
Message frequency varies with how often we're in touch.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for texts; your mobile carrier's normal rates apply.
How to stop
- Reply STOP to any text. END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPTOUT and STOPALL work too.
- Or tell us any other reasonable way: in a text, on a call, or by email.
- After you opt out we send one text confirming it, then no more texts.
- To join again, reply START.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text consent with anyone for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If we ever want to send a new kind of text, such as promotions, we will ask for your consent first.
